Cancellation Policy

Orders for software licenses, digital products, or IT service packages cannot be canceled once the product or service has been delivered or activated.

  • If a duplicate purchase is made, contact us within 24 hours to request cancellation and refund.
  • Subscription-based IT services can be canceled at any time; however, refunds will not be provided for the remaining period.

Refund Policy

  • Duplicate Purchases:Refunds will be issued for accidental duplicate purchases of software or services.

No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • The software or digital content has been downloaded, activated, or modified.
  • The refund request is made beyond 7 days of purchase.
  • The reason for the refund is subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., 'I changed my mind').

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Payments via credit/debit card will be refunded to the original method.
  • Payments through third-party gateways will be refunded to the same account.
